Okartek Oy is a well-known Finnish manufacturer of high-quality, technical plastic products. Over its 40-year history, Okartek has taken its place as a diverse expert in injection moulding and thermoforming techniques.
Due to the company’s long experience, know-how and modern, diverse machinery, Okartek has a wide range of contract manufacturing clients from various branches of industry, many of whom represent the top of their sector.
In the past 20 years, Okartek has expanded its operations to serve international, large-scale enterprises across industries from design lighting fixtures to utility vehicle parts.
Our comprehensive services cover everything from the idea to the tool and all the way to the delivery of the products. Our injection moulding and thermoforming production is supported by
an efficient assembly line, practical warehousing operations, equipment maintenance and repair department, 3D scanning service as well as quick 3D models and small series production.
We constantly develop and measure our operations and resolutely invest in modernising our machinery and optimising our production facilities. In 2022, we launched a project for new facilities. We moved to our new, energy-efficient facilities in summer 2025. The new plant marks a leap in capacity, technology and sustainability, perfectly located for fast and reliable deliveries.

We are closely following the development of green plastics in our industry and offering our customers environmentally conscious and sustainably produced bioplastic options.
The factory concretely supports Okartek’s environmental goals. A solar power plant covering the entire roof produces a significant share of our energy, while waste heat recovered from production processes is used to heat the entire facility and logistics warehouses.The factory operates completely without fuel oil, making it a model of modern, energy-efficient production.

AGCO is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural equipment. Every year AGCO honors its top EME Region suppliers during its annual AGCO EME Supplier Day. In 2019 Okartek won the Supplier of the Year NPI prize.
The collaboration between AGCO and Okartek have been working together in close collaboration for over 20 years. A better term for collaboration would probably be a very close partnership.
VALTRA manufactures multipurpose machines for agriculture, forestry and logistics. These heavy-duty machines are exposed to a wide range of mechanical forces, and therefore, the parts must be extremely durable.
Okartek and one of the biggest actors in agriculture machinery, AGCO, have been working together for over 25 years. Okartek delivers high-quality plastic parts to Valtra for tractor manufacturing. Valtra is a part of AGCO Group. When we talk about machines of this size, the parts need to be more or less perfect.
